*** NO SHIPPING 11/22/2021 THROUGH 11/28/2021 DUE TO THANKSGIVING BREAK *** SHIPPING ORDERS BEGINNING NOVEMBER 29TH, 2021 UNTIL DECEMBER 15TH, 2021 Papa Shrimp ships Monday through Wednesday unless otherwise notified. Exceptions will occur on holiday weeks where shipping livestock is not recommended due to shipping delays or if weather conditions are not condusive to shipping healthy livestock. Live animals are shipped Next Day Air UPS 2nd Day Air $50.00 flat rate or USPS priority 1-3 day shipping for a flat rate of $20.00 OVERNIGHT SHIPPING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDER OVER $250

Refund Policy

Our fish and shrimp are guaranteed to arrive alive or your will receive a full refund (shipping not included in refund however, shipping will be covered if order is reshipped) In the rare occurrence of DOA's: 1. Submit *THREE CLEAR PHOTOS* of the deceased animals in the unopened bag, outside of unopened box showing any damage in shipping and any other pictures to document your claim within TWO HOURS of delivery. - (Be sure to inspect all fish/shrimp carefully) 2. Send email with order number in subject line with attached photos as indicated in step 1 - papashrimpaquatics@gmail.com 3. Any shipment routing changes on the part of the customer will result in voiding our live arrival guarantee. Shipping Charges are non-refundable
