We offer UPS 2nd day as well as UPS next day shipping. But if you live in a close proximity to our location in northeast Florida, USPS ground can be a great option for you. Not recommended for orders outside of the lower southeastern United States.

Orders only shipped on Mondays. Orders placed any other time during the week will be shipped the following Monday.

How we ship

-prior to shipment of livestock we fast them to reduce waste as to not foul the water

-include an ammonia absorber pad to help reduce chances of foul water

-livestock is bagged in special breather bags

-the box is filled with non itch cellulose insulation

-shipping box is styrofoam lined

-“live animal” and “fragile” stickers on the package to notify shipping company of the delicate contents.

We at MG Aquatics highly value quality over quantity and strive to provide the best for our customers. We breed all the fish, snails, and shrimp we sell ourselves right in Florida. We do not import any aquatic animals from overseas.

DOA guarantee

In the event that your order arrives dead, we require you to take a couple clear pictures of the dead livestock in the unopened bag and message me within 30 minutes of your delivery (to avoid claims for orders that were left in the elements for an extended period of time) all DOA orders will be refunded for the cost of the livestock (sorry I can’t refund shipping costs) as long as the DOA guidelines are followed.
