Orders are shipped on Mondays only UPS Shipping is the only shipping carrier I'm using for this winter. I apologize for the increased shipping costs.
Refund Policy
DOA guarantee In the event that your order arrives dead, we require you to take a couple clear pictures of the dead livestock in the unopened bag and message me within 30 minutes of your delivery (to avoid claims for orders that were left in the elements for an extended period of time) all DOA orders will be refunded for the cost of the livestock (sorry I can’t refund shipping costs) as long as the DOA guidelines are followed.

2 small (1/4-5/8 inch) Large snails don’t survive as well as the younger ones in shipment
Columbian ramshorn snails are a great addition to your cleanup crew. They grow to just over to two inches across. *could become a nuisance in a planted tank
