Shipping prices are set individually by each vendor. Please contact the vendor you wish to purchase from to discuss shipping prices and arrival times. StockMyTank works with each vendor to make sure they have what they need to successfully ship.
3. What is your DOA policy around livestock?
DOA policies are set by each seller. When you order live fish or any aquatic life from StockMyTank, we work with each seller to ensure that the best shipping practices are in place for the highest likelihood of success. 1. What can I sell on StockMyTank?
Live fish, plants, corals, equipment and more can be sold on StockMytank. If you plan to sell aquatic life through the platform, StockMyTank will need to verify that you have proper shipping materials on hand and understand best practices for shipping livestock.
2. How do I post an item to sell?
At the top of this page, find the Login button and create a vendor account. We will review your account and approve your listing(s) within 24 hours.
3. How do I receive payment for the item?
Once your item has been sold and marked "completed" in your vendor dashboard, you can request a funds withdrawal from your StockMyTank account. Please note, StockMyTank earns a 7% commission from any sales made on the platform. This helps up cover the costs of running a two sided marketplace while offering transaction services through PayPal.
4. How does shipping work?
Each seller controls shipping policies for their listings. As a seller, you can include shipping policies on an individual item basis or across your entire "store." Please do your research and understand the costs of shipping before accepting a sale.
